We Are
Since 2006, REI Specialties, LLC has been focused on providing
quality properties to investors, tenants, and single family
home buyers in Southeast Michigan. We primarily purchase
bank owned foreclosures, which we rehabilitate and market
for rent or sale. Our team of professionals specialize
in all areas of real estate, finance, and construction
trades and can tackle any project we take on. Our goal
is to provide properties that are safe, clean, efficient,
and updated to all modern amenities. In fact, we won't
purchase any property that we wouldn't safely and comfortably
move our own families into. The process of foreclosure leaves these properties vacant for months, many times with neglect from |

banks themselves. A vacant home will deteriorate very
fast; lowering property values, and harming the safety
of our neighborhoods. We believe that we are giving back
to our neighborhoods through each project we complete
and our focus will always remain on quality. The Southeast
Michigan area has been hit with particularly hard economic
times during the last several years. For the near and
far future, we will continue to extend our property buying
opportunities back to our purchasers and renters. Through
our actions, we hope to be part of an improved economic
environment in Michigan and throughout the United States.
